EDIT & UPDATE: I was reached out to the manager of the location and she was absolutely phenomenal and gracious. Went back and she remade my order and I have to say it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. Better than Subway, Jimmy John's, and PennStation. Came around 3pm, service was quick and exactly what you would imagine it should be, and she made sure our ever need was met. Will be going back again because she makes an AWESOME sandwich. Absolutely garbage service. Had 2 couples in front of us and we've been here almost half an hour and there's still someone in front of us who hasn't gotten food. The two employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing, are not trained, and if I did not have a coupon for a free sandwich I would be demanding a refund and going elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Food was good and our orders were filled correctly. The 2 employees there did a great job but there needs to be more staff. Wait time was VERY long.

I went down from 5 stars to 1. Fifty two minutes i waited for one sandwich. One. Sandwich. I left, without my refund. Two kids two and under, i wasnt waiting 52 more minutes for a refund either. Called corporate which takes alot for me. Worst experience ever. And to think it used to take five minutes but when you have two employees that literally do NOT care, its not surprising.

We had a To-Go order. Neither sandwich had what we asked and paid for on it. It took 30 minutes to make it. They used to be good, it just went downhill. Veggie sandwich with no lettuce or tomato....what da heck? I never had issues when one of the owners was there working amongst the employees. My wife got a veggy with only the sautéed items and no other veggies and I didn't get the sautéed veggies on my brisket. I explicitly mentioned them for both. If I hadn't, my wife would have gotten a plain piece of bread with cheese.....for $15.
