The ladies taking our photos were very friendly. The only issue I had was with the way the photos were taken. They would only take one photo at a time, stopping in between each click to look at every single one rather than taking 3-4 photos before stopping to look. This made it especially hard to get a decent photo since we have little children who were impatient. It would surely be a waste of money to purchase the whole album with photos taken like this.

This would be a zero if possible. The person that took our photos and order put the wrong quantity in their system so I’m not getting the order I already paid for and she said she couldn’t fix it. She gave me a generic phone number to call and the corporate customer service is terrible as well. We will cut all ties with JC Penny moving forward. I’m very unhappy and angry.

The pictures turn out as well as you would expect for a basic chain portrait studio. You can get a really good deal with coupons. Our biggest annoyance with this particular place is the limited hours so we found it hard to find time to pick them up, and the lack of communication. With our busy family, we can't get over to Northwoods very often when this studio happens to be open. It was a small miracle we were able to get there to have the pictures taken. Twice now, we found our pictures had been thrown away. No warning. Even though we already paid for them. Yes, they were taken quite a while ago. Had I known they were about to be tossed, I would have made the effort to make a special trip over there. So, don't forget to pick up your pictures.
