The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made my experience at Portillos amazing. The inside was clean and so was the bathrooms. I ordered The Big Italian Beef with fries. I ate inside but the outside area looked nice and clean as well. Food was hot and fresh, hardly any wait time. I will definitely return to this location. Keep up the hard work!!!!

Was in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. When we got to the window they didn’t give us 2 lemonades that we had ordered and they said they hadn’t been rung up. So they made us pay for them after we had already paid for our meal and took like 5 minutes to get them. Then once we left we realized they didn’t give us our fries…which were on the receipt and we did pay for. Food was pretty good but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.

First time customer, in Peoria on a business trip. I ordered a double cheeseburger with side salad and a drink. The staff was all very friendly. The woman who took my order seemed genuinely interested in answering my questions about the menu items. The staff at the pickup counter was equally friendly and outgoing. My burger was cooked just the way I like it, moist and juicy. The salad was amazingly large for a side salad. The veggies were diced into nice, bite-sized pieces with generous quantities of cucumber and tomatoes. Drink refills are available upon request, and they give it to you in a new glass as part of their COVID19 sanitation policy. Friendly staff, yummy food. If I'm ever back in the Peoria area, I'd be happy to eat here.

My son is a bit of a picky eater at times so it's hard getting food for him and the whole family. He ate everything. You can tell it's a great place when it's crowded on a Sunday after church. It was our first time going and it's going to be a frequent flyer stop when we are in the area. I loved the atmosphere it was definitely a cool throw back. Bring your card or exact change!
