I have never had a harder time getting someone to take my money. I live nowhere near a branch but they wont allow payment over the phone until after payment is overdue. There is a 10-day waiting period for auto-withdrawals but if that falls within the next month you must wait an extra 30 days. Management doesn't come to the phone to assist. Staff is RUDE on the phone. I have financed with many credit unions that really seem to have more skills and services. If you can finance elsewhere DO IT.

I love that this Credit Union is small enough to be personal but big enough to get you a mortgage. Buying our first home FHA but will hopefully refinance through PNFCU ASAP, we also have an auto loan through our credit union and they’ve been amazing to deal with, couldn’t have been an easier transaction if we’d had cash.
