The night clerk is a foreign guy that barley speak English and was very rude when I call to ask for the full price of everything including the 50 deposit fee. I reserve an upstairs room for next month on the 3rd ro the 5th. Very rude and barley can speak English. I hope he gets fire very soon.

Everything looked good but the bathroom, The shower was dirty, hair all over, dirt around the bath tube and the tube was cracked from all the times they painted it, not was really new but the bed cover, head board, and the bed frame.

DO NOT STAY HERE FAIR WARNING. I was here for CR ENGLAND poor management the rooms have roaches 🪳, windows have mold and dirty bathrooms as well. Furthermore, when you check into a room it’ll be dirty trash there from other customers. Checked in refrigerator was dirty had someone else’s food in there and beds were dirty not made. Towels and rags have stains on them. Hallways smell like weed , cigarettes, dog and must. Showers are dirty and stained. House keeping doesn’t speak English and when he cleans he just sprays over something and leaves he doesn’t scrub or wipe anything down. There is trafficking in this hotel and drug dealers. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Apparently hotel costs run higher in this area than I'm used to so when I pay $100 for one night in a room, I expect the same amenities I get elsewhere and that's not quite the case here. The "queen" size beds are not queens. They're doubles. There's no blankets, just a sheet and a little slip cover type thing. No fridge. No chair except this tiny little wooden kitchen type chair. Only a bar of soap to wash your hands... and they definitely don't care as much about being squeaky clean. (It wasn't dirty or anything but just.... dingy? That might be the right word.) Overall, I was just very under impressed and definitely wouldn't stay here again. If you're just looking for a place to crash and you're on a budget though, this would be the place for you.
