The customer service is bad they told me I couldn't have my children ages 4 and 3 I could not have my service dogs plus I had to give them 20 $ deposit for the key and an extra 20$ for my kids no smoking plus it's so outdated no lamps not good water plus it's stunk so bad I will give mo stars if I could not good tv channels either I give it a negative 5 stars

Positive: Location Negative: No time clock. No waste basket. One of three light bulbs missing in the bathroom. Electrical unit hanging loose in the ceiling. Clean sheets in place but not tucked in. Carpet could have been a bit cleaner. No breakfast available. Air system worked great.

Positive: The only nice thing about this hotel was the price. Negative: The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were red stains on the wall that resembled blood. The bathroom was not clean. The hotel clerk gave another guest the key to my room while I was inside sleeping. It was dirty and unsafe. I will never stay again.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Run down with roaches. No microwave. No fridge. Tv was broke. No garbage can. Dirty tub and sink only half the lights worked. Amd the police were outside pulling over every 3rd customer who pulled in. Staff was nice and it was quiet tho. For the price there were many other places we could've gone . If it was $30 a night i wouldve gave them 4 stars.
