The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Specifically, I want to give a shout out to Lucas (is I believe his name). Even though they slightly messed up our initial order, Lucas was so kind and understanding about the situation, and even gave me an extra order on top of a free replacement as well. His customer service skills are that of a 5-star gourmet restaurant, and he went above & beyond to repair the situation. Give this man a raise. Also, the rest of the food was great. I will definitely be coming back here whenever the fried chicken cravings return :) Thanks for the awesome customer service 🤘🏼

Usually ok but came today for a quick treat for the kids. Their rootbeer floats had very little ice cream and we only got one spoon. The fries were good but my onion rings were very over cooked 😞
