I work at Home Depot and during my lunch I come to eat at this establishment almost everyday and the food is great but the customer service is terrible every time I ask them for something they just walk away until I’m able to ask another worker for some help it has happened to me more then 6 times already and it’s unacceptable. I will not be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Tried to order the pizza on the app, but the website fully down. Ok fine go into store, told pizza only available to order on the App. Show two phones that both say Taco Bell is down. I again ask can I order in person told no even asked ring up for something else similar priced. Wow so skipped and went across the street for a burger. Btw Taco Bell you might want to study your competition with apps yours has always been glitchy.

Bad service. Ordered 11pm. Food could’ve tasted x10 better if they at least gave me the 20hot sauce I requested on the app, shet even 1sauce would’ve been a blessing. Also is it the driver or TB employee who gives? Will report both

Black bean Crunchwrap supreme would have been great if there were black beans in it. Wish mine was more like the pic on their menu. Doesn’t even come close.
