Update: 7/1/22...I had to call this restaurant to cancel an order that was in the app thinking it was for pickup. I told one of their workers to cancel it because I wanted it to be delivered that very day. It was a week and no refund. I had to call back two more times. second to last time I called. I said let me speak to the manager and a girl says she is the manager. I procced to tell her I needed a refund. Then she puts me on hold and another person picks up and doesn't address her self correctly And I snapped and I can snap if I please. Thinking I had been transferred somewhere completely different. Customer service is horrible. When I first cancelled the order the boy should of said I would need to speak to a manager that deals with refunds. Who ever transferred me should of said I'll need to direct you to the correct "manager". Lastly to the woman dealing with returns needs to come correct. If you had a better demeanor and addressed yourself properly; I would had spoken to you better but you didn't and you better be glad I wasn't up there. First time I had a problem with this place. I been ordering for about 2 years from here. I won't order from here again if I gotta jump through f@#$& hoops for a $15 dollar refund and deal with people who don't know what customer service is. I can't help if your displeased with your job.

Only reason I'm marking this as 1 star is for the bad attitude one manager gave to her coworker. He made a mistake and instead of just doing the order and talking to him afterwards the order was done he humiliates him in front of my coworker and I. Made us feel weird about it. The food is good but we won't be coming back for a while. She left a sour taste in our mouths. Especially once she started throwing things around.

This company has seriously nosedived in the past year! Of course the pandemic has change the landscape of business but in these guys case for the absolute worst! The quality of their offerings have declined drastically! I know good help is hard to find these days but corporate headquarters should be responsive to customer concerns, but they could care less. I've been calling the corporate office for 2 days & all I get is a voicemail saying "we'll return your call at our earliest convenience" well apparently they haven't found that time. I don't have the time to fill out a form when they already have my info & bank account and then write my complaint and wait for days to get a reply! It is obvious they don't give a...well you get the point. After years of loyalty to them as they are directly across the street from my business I will direct myself and all my customers to other establishments from now on! THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO THE ELMHURST, IL LOCATION.
