This was Cheeto’s first visit here. Dr. Jow was patient and thorough as he explained the results of his examination to us. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Pebbles took our paperwork and when the exam was over, she brought Cheeto back to us. It was an excellent first impression. We look forward to coming back to our new veterinarian. COVID-19 rules mean you stay in your car during the visit.

My experiences with Auburn Veterinary Hospital have always been positive. This visit was to put a beloved pet down. It's always a difficult decision to make. The staff and doctor were very supportive and kind. I know it's hard on them too. Sam was a frequent boarder and patient. The staff is wonderful.

We want to thank Dr Schneider, Dr Jow and Dr Cullen, along with the entire staff for the excellent care you consistently provided us for our standard poodle, Elli for the past 14 1/2 years, not to mention Frosty, our Dalmatian, who you also gave excellent care to for the previous 13 years. I would not want to ever use another Clinic to care for our animals. You are all amazingly compassionate, excellent doctors and always expedited our needs whenever possible. Staff was thoughtful and caring, especially Corey at the front and on the phone. All covid-19 protocols followed. The Dr. was thorough in his exam and answered all my questions. They were gentle with my dog and reasonably priced. My dog wasn't scared of the techs at all which is a great sign of an excellent vet hospital. It was also very clean.
