Issue: My second was deactivated because AT&T will no longer provide service with 3G. And my phone needs for upgrade to have my service restored.as per AT&T store personnel advise in Auburn. Action: I went to Best buy to buy a phone but they couldn't upgrade as per AT&T costumer service and I was advised to go to any near AT&T store so that they can help me to addressed the issue. Today 12-19-2021 , I went to AT&T outlet collection store just to hear from their manager that he can't help me and it's beyond their capacity to resolve the issue. The manager instead advise me to go in south center mall AT&T store to ask assistance for my concern.. I'm very frustrated because today is my 3rd day without service..

Very helpful, friendly, and patient. Had to transfer info from a new device to an older one since I had broken the screen on the newer one. I was assisted throughout all the steps and helped with getting a more affordable plan. The individual who helped, I apologize for not remembering your name, was fantastic. He was relatively new but was extremely informative. Much appreciated.
