Nice , friendly atmosphere. But now I am very disappointed that you are switching to a card system. Also your prices have increased again. If I wash here using the card system, my dryer is free for 30 minutes. If my clothes aren't dry then I have to use the card and pay $1.00 for another 30 minutes. I will probably be looking for an alternative location to do my laundry. These are the same dryers. Sometimes they are hot and sometimes they aren't. Very disappointed customer 😒

Due to one attendant I would advise NOT to go here. On every occasion she is attending the police are called. She provokes customers and causes conflict. She's very confrontational, and crys wolf. She is very rude, and nasty to customers. She steals, she puts her hands on customers, and spits. She smokes inside the building. Until she is fired I will not go back. If you are a victim of this attendant please comment. I would like to take this to the mayor since the asstablishment apparently doesn't care for the safety of its customers. I have been going here for 10years until this woman was hired this was a good place. This place is not safe for its customer.

The young lady that works in this place of business is a great worker, the place was very clean, thank you for the great service and friendliness, in broadview.
