The staff at the front desk are very nasty and disrespectful. On one occasion the lady apparently took a lunch break and left a lobby full of people waiting. She emerged to the front desk about 15 minutes later. On another occasion the lady held a 10 minute conversation with seemingly her boyfriend or husband. When I was finally able to be serviced, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. She began to argue with me saying she thinks I'm a smoker. I told her absolutely not, never smoked in my life. She assured me I was receiving a non-smoking room, but instead gave me a room filled with an awful tobacco smell. When we returned to the desk to exchange rooms, she replied; "We are out of rooms" then refused a refund. Never again!!!

Stayed here because my boyfriend had surgery at Loyola and it was too far and too late for me to drive home for the night and back to pick him up the next day. Room was ok for the cheap price. People in the parking lot were very loud all night long. I was woken up around 2am by someone yelling and banging on someone's door and then a woman screaming, completely freaked me out. Probably wouldn't recommend for a woman by herself but it got the job done.

Very nasty and disrespectful staff just left here at 0800 Saturday 18 June 2022 and the woman staff came in snaping on her child and start responding to me like I was her child I would never recommend this place and I would sleep on the street before I would ever come back here ,everyone stay far far away from here, I own my own business and I would never talk to a customer the way she talk to me and not only did she talk to me nasty she did it in front of another customer after we pay for 2 days I will continue writing this once a week until there some results 🙃

Not recommended unless if you really don’t have anywhere else to stay. The room was very dirty especially the shower, there was tissue stuffed in the peep hole of the door, the bedding was sparse, and the iron was missing, and there was hair all over the place. It also seems to be very unsafe, people were hanging around in the parking lot and there were several verbal arguments, including one where a man was threatening to get a gun. In the middle of the night I was awoken to a woman screaming and crying outside at someone and telling people to help her and call the police, the police seemed to arrive quickly but it was very scary. It is not the place for children, and not restful or safe. I stayed here because it was close to the hospital I was visiting a loved one at, and ended up getting no sleep and having to cancel the second night of my reservation. If you have the means to find another place to stay, you should.
