My girls wanted to try a new shop. My youngest didn't get no chip polish and smeared her nail and toe under the dryer they charged her to go over it and fix it which was crazy and he said well you should have gotten no chip so you charged her for not getting no chip I would not recommend. No customer service we were ignored upon entrance where as he greeted every guest after us told us the wait was 2 hrs but serviced customer that came in after us immediately

I received services from this company and it’s not my first time . I inquired about the cute light to set my daughters nails . I was first given a hard time and then secondly mocked and mad feel less than because I inquired about a cure light . I asked the guy in this picture for management and he would not give me any information . I am very sad about this service and don’t know if I was treated this way because I am African American. I will be leaving revie. on the I paid in full so I’m expecting full services . The manager literally laughed in my face and treated me horrible for asking for a cure light internet and looking for someone to communicate with about this particular company . They treated me like I was stupid and less than human for inquing about curing my daughters nails . This was a horrible experience nobody deserves to be treated less than human because they have a question . I am not a nail tech so if my question didn’t make sense due to lack of knowledge they should’ve informed me properly

I’ve given this place three chances. I always get a no-chip; the third time I came, I was disappointed again. I’m never coming back. My third time getting no chip, three nails chipped the second day in, and by the end of the week, my nails looked like a disaster. The charge was $35, including a $1 fee for using debit/credit. If the place is really busy, they tell you the wait is 15-20 minutes, I do see they rush doing the nails, and this is why the majority of people's nails chip/break so fast. I don’t recommend wasting your money here.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for like 3 years. I live in Burbank now but I still come all the way over here to get my nails done. I’m never disappointed, you just have to be straight up with what you want when you get there so they can plan accordingly. I changed my mind on the purple design a few times but the nail tech never expressed frustration with me so I had a good experience!!!
