Nail tech didn't let me know before service she'd be using "dip" on the ACRYLIC nails that I asked for, then ended up charging me for dip ($58). The short length I asked for ended up being longer & the design (2nd picture) was free handed instead of what I had specifically shown & asked for. I've gone to this spot for years & never had issues but this was overpriced & not what I expected. Will have to start looking for a new nail tech

I totally understand Covid but if people are so frightened then they shouldn't be in a public place with many people around. Unfortunately, I was asked to leave this shop because I coughed. I have lung disease and am currently waiting on a transplant. I was even parked in a handicap spot with a placard. I had on my mask and was sitting like a good 20 feet from the next guest and far away from everyone else. I was humiliated and felt discriminated against. I was asked to leave with wet feet in 20 degree weather. I would never ever in my life wish this type of treatment on anyone. All they did was add too my everyday discomfort

Been going here for like 10 years since i moved into the neighborhood. Owner is very professional. Place is very tidy, very clean and it’s beautifully remodeled. This the only place I trust to get a pedicure. I always pay for a no chip manicure and they always do a pretty good job. There’s has been two occasions where the polish came off one of my nails and I went back to them and they gladly fixed it for me at no additional cost. They even give out little Christmas gifts as appreciation for their customers. That was however with the old owner Mindy. With the new owner, Kelvin, he is also very professional very courteous. The place keeps being clean and he has very good staff. However, prices have gone incredibly high. For example Pedicure went up from $25 to $30. Now you pay the same price for (fill ins) and new full set. I was there yesterday I got a gel fill in with no chip color and regular pedicure. I paid $82!!!! They charged me $5 extra because I had a broken nail that actually broke shortly after I had done my nails there the last time but didn’t bother to go ask them to fix it. They charged me $5 extra for reshaping may nails from coffin shape to almond. I can’t understand why they charge extra to fix a broken nail if I’m already paying full price for fill in service. And $5 to reshape? I understand it their business and they can charge what they want but that feels like a rip off to me. And…. Two months ago I had an incident there where one of the technicians cut me with the drill and asked for a discount at least and they told me no. (I still have the dent on my finger) and I still went back last month and yesterday. But even though I love their atmosphere and their service, sadly, I think it’s time for me to find somewhere else to go.

I had an amazing experience with Katie! She is very kind and was very meticulous when creating the marble design on my nails. This salon was clean, organized and has COVID-19 safety measurements in place such as the face mask requirement, social distancing within the salon and a personal nail kit that is provided to you (which you should bring with you for future trips to the salon). The nail technician stayed past closing to finish up. Quality service for reasonable prices. I plan to come back in the future for more mani-pedis!
