The food was solid, but I feel for the workers. Management, have you noticed that the staff serving customers looks so miserable? I know it’s forward facing and serving long lines of the public all day, but there must be something that can be done for the staff to not have the look of complete dread on their faces. No incentives Chipotle? Take care of your people! Also, one of the burrito builders had a lot of curly hair overflowing from his hat. It doesn’t look cool, but hair nets do prevent hair from getting into the food.

I’m never the one to leave a bad review but every time we have come in here it’s the same problem. This place need better management and more people to work.Orders are never ready and always make them wrong. The worker always have an attitude, don’t have enough people to do the work.

This location is absolutely terrible. Each visit gets worse and worse. Tonight I placed an online order at 6:10, I had the option to pickup at 6:20 (quickest) but I opted for 6:30. I arrived to the store at 6:40 and did not walk out with my order until 7:05. There was no sign of management or any person in charge anywhere. This one star is for the woman who was working the register tonight, she maintained her professionalism and composure while trying to balance the people paying for in store orders and the larger volume of people waiting an excessive amount of time for online orders. She was fantastic and should be praised for her efforts!

This location needs to improve its ability to handle the volume of orders they get. The quality of cooking has gone down over the last few years and now the staff are either so overworked or undertrained that they will end up losing custom. This mishmash unwieldy thing I received today is supposed to be a burrito. I will have to use cutlery to eat it because of the loose wrapping.
