This is a very peculiar location and establishment in my mind. It is exceptionally secure; there is really no public access that I can visually see, and it is the distributor for gas and electricity for California considering the recent wildfires that of happened in California that may be the reason there is no public access or availability however this facility is so massive. There was so much money spent on it that you would at least be able to serve some fraction of the public.

Sad thing, and it's typical for P.G. & E. They had money approved for top notch training center..However they cut costs even though money was approved
