Concord Commoms is a very good place to live I been here for many years. The apartments are very nice. When you need maintenance they are always on a timely manner. If you keep your apartment up and keep it clean everything will fall in to place.

This apartment complex would be so nice if they exterminated. The people in the office is nice. My mom moved in 2019 she didn’t have any roaches not sure what happened in 2020 but my moms clean apartment now feels like Joe’s apartment with all the roaches everywhere. We have had them treat the apartment multiple times even the laundry room has roaches. Fast forward 2021 roaches in the hallway. This is ridiculous and absurd.

This place overly bogus g! Mice coming from under the borders of the wall that they was too cheap to install the right way! I’m terrified of mice I just moved in ! maintenance just put traps down they don’t even patch anything up ! Hallways so dirty ! Ppl leave they garbage bags outside their door… like make it make since . These apartments trifiling ! I got 2 babies that can’t even get in the floor to play because of mice!
