Im so thankful for reviews, the bad at this place out weights the good. Makes me think the good ratings are not real. If you got 100 people telling you somethings bad and only 2 saying good things. You better listen to the 98. I was thinking of moving there, buuuuut not now. So sorry you guys had to go through that but a Big shout out and thanks to you all for sparing me a headache. #wonthedoit

I lived off 7th street 9 years ago in Westbrook apartments. From the reviews I read seems not much has changed. I had roaches in my unit and mice infestation on the side of my kitchen cabinets where you could see the mice looking at you from the hole. Maintenance wasn't dependable and the furnace had issues often. This could really be a nice complex if the ever get owners that actually care about the place ant the tenants. One of my friends needed a place to stay and I warned her about the issues, she complained of Maintenance lying about showing up and some type of bugs and ants infested in her unit. Management seems to only care about collecting the rent, instead you should be replacing the bad maintenance workers and work on getting rid of the mouse infestation throughout the complex, then maybe you won't have to beg for reviews. Currently know someone living there who has complaints about mice so New management obviously means nothing

Mold was a very big problem living here . My fiancé was pregnant during the time we was staying there and now my baby’s breathing is a big problem . We moved out in May 2019 because the problem never solved they took us to court about rent not being paid due to mold and now it’s hard trying to get another apartment because WestBrook is say I didn’t pay when I have a video evidence with the lady in the office telling us not to worry about rent . It’s really frustrating because all we wanted was the mold gone so it wouldn’t hurt me and my kids .

One star is too many. They changed owners without giving their tenants notice. They changed their rules without giving their tenants any notice. The new suppose to be office manager was absolutely no help to no one. Horrible place to stay when all of your packages are being refused around Christmas time & their refusing them, without any notice. After they was accepting them, at first.
