I've been very impressed with this facility & store. Renting a truck was a snap. I also rented a 10x15 storage unit (good experience). Staff all seem well-trained, efficient and friendly/helpful. Everything is clean, new and well organized.

I returned the key directly to a rep (and described the person in detail) and they got in the van to check the mileage and they dishonestly charged me $100 for a LOST KEY!! (How can you get in the van and check mileage without a key?) After being on hold for 30 minutes, I hung up and contacted non-local U-haul. The local manager then called and said she'd remove it, but she didn't. Then she said the next morning she would remove it, and lied again. Now I have to contact an attorney before they report it to collections and ruin my credit that I have worked so hard to improve.

I had a wonderful experience at this U-Haul location. I placed an order online for almost $400 worth of moving supplies for pickup. When I arrived to the location to pick up my order, I quickly realized everything wouldn't fit into my Camry! The employees were super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location (avoid the Woodbridge one if you can!).

This review is from a second hand perspective. Place seems clean and reasonably modern. Staff is helpful supportive. One star is for the after hours returning key box. It's so hard to find and I thought I was just lucky to had spotted it. Its just a small mailbox style opening on the Second garage door from the left of the building.
