I visited my favorite 7/11 on Rolling rd in Springfield VA. I had 1085 points to get an chocolate Eclair, the young counter man cheated me out of it, wiping all my earned points away. He handled my cell phone and said " now you gotta pay for it " because I don't know what happened. I could've walked out leaving all my items on the cashier counter, but that would've been a loss for the store and not the cashier man I'm disappointed at his actions.

Been going here since I was a teenager. Great people. Most if the cashiers are great, though sometimes the night ones can kinda disappear. Overall, they always have what I need and they know me so always a friendly hello.

Never reviewed a 7-11 before but clerk was super cool about my kid using the bathroom. I ended up buying something anyway, but I expected to catch hassle about bathrooms for customers only.

Love this 7 eleven. The service is always great and you always get greeted at this place .thats what i love cause than you feel welcomed in the store .feels great. Paneer i think the manager name .he is a nice person too. Always greets every customer that comes in that door and all of the employees are always helpful.Thanks 7 eleven on rolling road Springfield. For always making my visit great and my kids and nephews too .they love coming here too always excited.🙂
