Horrible management which declined to return the item even with original receipt and packing. They even couldn’t show the policy states that the customer can’t return open items. Finally they did it after a long discussion.

Sale person sold me 2 auto map light bulbs and doesn't fit. Bought them back to exchange he told me is no refund on electronic. This is first time i here that and no sign any where at the store. I'm going to auto zone from now on.

Dunner helped me out. I was in and out In less than 5 min. He went beyond the typical customer service by walking out to my car to help me replace my windshield wipers. I really appreciate that type of service! I’ll be back because of this.

Best customer service, I have ever have experienced in my life!! After getting denied from two other advanced auto part stores in the area for just replacing my car battery that I bought from them. A gentleman from this store went out of his way to replace the battery for me. I want to let everyone know this store goes beyond great customer service!!! Thank you again for all your help!!!

I agree Costco is cheaper, but if you don't know the size it can bothersome. AAP is not that much more expensive
Basically masks are required. Staff wear masks and have plastic shields at register. Sanitizer station at the door. That's what I saw while I visited about 3 weeks ago in the morning.
