I think that $100 for a basic oil change with no extras is a bit much. I missed seeing my regular advisor Jennifer.

I’ve been coming to this dealership in Auburn for all my car services. Anytime a warranty maintenance is needed they advise me of what they recommend and help me make the right choice on how to proceed. They always value me as a customer of over 7 years and I’ve even gotten a free oil change before cause of complications with timing. It was overall the best and the service desk employees are really nice to me when I approach the counter. Overall keep up the great customers service and I’ll always be coming back.

Very unprofessional (but front person was nice). I went to get a recall fixed (with an appointment over 2 weeks ago) and arrived at 9, told it would be half a day. Called after 5 hours for an update because we were not told anything. An hour later was contacted just to be told that they had the wrong part and did not do anything to the car. It took over 6 hours to find that out??? I wasted an entire day for nothing with a half-a@# apology just saying i will need to come back after a few days. Went to pick it up and I was just handed the keys back and repeated the part was incorrect. Very poor service, no communication or updates, do NOT recommend!

Short feedback: Please noted this dealer doesn't accept return for parts and out of stock for many parts in store but can order. Most dealer does. That is objective opinion. Long story: We tried to buy some timing belt parts and other accessories to fix a 10+ years old Mitsubishi. The part department manager Brian has been very nice and patience at the beginning. He even offer a 10% discount on the part and help look for the out of stock item. All order need to order, and when arrived, we received driving belts instead of timing belt, tensioner alternator instead of timing belt tensioner, idler for oil pump instead of idler for timing belt (all supposed to be critical parts for timing belt). We didn't take a closer look and bought it to our technician and noted many are ordered as wrong parts. We then called again to order the timing belt parts. Ryan who answered the phone keep pushing us to buy aftermarket parts. When we ask question, we think he just lost his patience and just said genuine part is more expensive and aftermarket is a lot cheaper. After we insist to buy the timing belt parts, he helped put together the order ordered 3 parts for the timing belt, but we later on realized a timing belt needed 4 pieces for replacement. When order, we asked him if there would be any additional parts needed for timing belt, he become impatience again and provide wrong information. Once we realized there is a missing part, we know it is going to be a delay again for replacement, we decided to return the wrong parts and cancel the phone order parts. We got snapped with a strong attitude by the part dept manager they won't sell if we don't even know how to fix the car, and even doesn't let us explain why we return. We explicitly told them we want to order parts for timing belt but got other parts instead. It is our fault that we didn't have experience to examine the parts so we are relying on professional in the dealership to help us get what we need. When got the wrong part, we understand this is mutual responsibility so we want to communicate. But what we heard is they won't do business with us if we don't know car. We are surprised the attitude change so quickly when things are sold. They eventually accepted the return. However, 2 people who helped us place the order were there but weren't even care to talk to us when we try to do return and explain. We are disappointed by the manner of after sales service. 1 extra star go to the customer service in the beginning of the sales. But we will go to somewhere else. There are some many options around.

We are able to order parts for most years, makes & models. Contact us directly to find out if the specific part you need is available. You can reach Sunset Mitsubishi's Parts Department at (253) 321-5771.
While we would love to take a look at your stereo, we generally do not work with soundsystems and adapters in store and would more than likely be sending your equipment onto an outside vendor to do the work for us. In the interest in saving you time, we'd probably recommend looking directly at an audio specialist like Car Toys to help you with this issue.
Please schedule service through https://www.sunsetmitsubishiofauburn.com/schedule-service/ or call us at (888) 264-6589 to let us know more about your alarm and we'll help any way we can.
