Just don't. Find another post office. They didn't provide the service I requested, and have lost identification documents and my social security number. Even with tracking. Going here was a bad choice, as confirmed by a different post office that had to rectify the issue when I told them I had been here.

This is a United States Postal Station used by the residents of Laguna Woods Village. It is located inside Gate 3, in the parking lot across from the Performing Arts Center. It is fully equipped, the staff is wonderful. It may be small, but it is a treasure for residents looking to avoid a trip to the traditional post offices. It is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 3:30pm.

The Post Office in Laguna Woods is in the mobile unit across the parking lot from Clubhouse #3 near the Avenida Sevilla gate. It is a full retail office but is limited to the private community of Laguna Woods. Hours are 10am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri, closed Sat, Sun. If not a resident of Laguna Woods, use the Laguna Hills Post Office.

Hello, I showed your question to the Postal Employee who said general delivery mail cannot be fowarded to this location. It also cannot be fowarded to Laguna Woods PO or Laguna Hills PO. General delivery mail would have to be fowarded to the Laguna Beach PO, located on Pacific Coast Highway.
No. It is a sub office for convenience. PO is on de Valencia across from well fargo.
