I came into AT&T today, wanting to add a line to my business account. As Murphy’s Law says, anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. The store was busy and there was no lack of tired, irritated customers. I wanted to bring attention to one of the best customer service representatives I have encountered in a long time, Dante. Throughout my several hours of being at the AT&T store Dante handled disgruntled customers, answered phones, and kept his positive attitude the entire time. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years, and own a business. in my opinion Dante deserves a raise. Also he needs to be recognized for his amazing worth ethic and commitment to customers!

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Oroville location and see them in person.
That location doesn't do repairs in store. If you have insurance they can start a claim for you.
I don't have att I've got Xfinity
10am- 5pm
You may be able to pull them up online but I highly doubt they go back 10 years,
