Delicious, vegan friendly, very nice employees. No pictures of the Poet's Bowl can do it justice, it's wildly delicious. I regret not buying more bread before leaving Astoria, the sourdough was 10/10, like everything else. Also the lgbtq+ friendly tag isn't there for decoration, they really mean it.

Breakfast burritos was very delicious. It’s not your average breakfast burrito, doesn’t taste like other breakfast burritos I’ve had but it’s like a hot, toasty pocket of breakfast. Inside is tasty itself but the tortilla part is what brings it up a star. Very filling and not too heavy or light. Just right.

Two days ago we ran in on the dot of them closing, but the servers were super gracious anyway, and sold us what we wanted. So we came back today for more of the ginger tea cake (super moist and delicious). The gluten free sour cream coffee cake was wonderful as was the Marionberry Bundt cake. And the help was as gracious and cheerful as the day before. A lovely experience.

Came in not expecting to get pizza, but I got a slice and it was one of the best slices I've had in awhile. Also got the cardamom almond roll and it was to die for! Have a feeling anything this place makes is on point.

Hey there - I work at Blue Scorcher and asked around to find out what Finnish Toast was and if we make it. From what I've learned it was Home Bakery that made it in the area and unfortunately they went out of business this last year.

It's best to call them and ask, part of their menu changes daily. Their printed menu also changes often.
