Didn’t feel secure. Front door didn’t stay locked so we used the top lock to feel safe The water was brown I thought the toilet was used before we got there but I flushed it and the water was brown The shower handle. It took 5 minutes to get the water working. No comp was offered. They said because I waited 2 days to call them No one is on the premises for 24 hrs the manager is at his home and you’d have to call him at home for help.

The view was amazing! Bedroom was super clean and nice. It was a nice old hotel. So peaceful. Breakfast was decent. The manager Eric was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Cute hotel by the lake. Balcony overlooking the frozen water was a perfect view. Heated by air but not cold at all. Restaurant/bar in the same building as reception, looks super nice but pricey, save it for a special occasion. 8 mins away from the Ice Castles.

The place is lovely. We had the Luxury Lakefront King Loft. It was so spacious and beautifully laid out. The jacuzzi tub was placed upstairs with a fireplace that we loved. They do serve their breakfast in a bag which unfortunately is loaded with sugar. I think better options needed for people who can't consume food with added sugar. The issues we had with the room were the candles needed new batteries, dirty stain down the middle off a chair, the sliding door to the shower either got stuck and wouldn't open or it came off the track. But the worst was the water smelled like metal. So I could not enjoy a shower, brush my teeth, or the jacuzzi. I'm sure these things will get fixed. But next time we will find a B&B that serves breakfast with the same price that we paid for.
