The team here is INCREDIBLE especially Miles who showed leadship and customer service skills way beyond his age. Today they were out of venti cups and miles was keeping everyone calm while coming up with great solutions so that everyone was happy. I was throughly impressed especially with some of the not so nice people they had in today.

I went in on a Saturday night before close while staying in town. My drink was made great and the lobby was clean. I can tell that they are doing the best they can with staff and supply shortages. The woman who made my drink was hustling.

This Starbucks was quick, and the employees were kind. Needs to be up kept though, although I don’t blame them for how busy it gets.

Very pleasant, attentive staff. As with all Starbucks the coffee is overpriced. I sometimes go for the atmosphere. This location does enormous amounts of business, and it's in a upper scale resort town. That is why I'm shocked at the decrepit flooring that's all buckled and falling apart. Old bathrooms that need a major upgrade, and the slippery floor mats as you walk in. Not sure how Starbucks Corporate allows this, especially at this cash cow, spend so e money on upgrades/improvements people !!! Hours were posted open until 8pm, they kicked 10 of us out and closed at 5pm as people were trying to walk in.
