Another stay - and it was perfect !! A sincere greeting , clean room , large tv , great internet and most important - water pressure was exceptional as well as temp of water ! A great experience !! I will be back and looking forward to it . Thank you .

This place was pretty good! The jacuzzis in the room need to have something on the bottom of them so your not slipping and sliding everywhere when trying to relax. The pool should be heated. I know it cost extra to do so but it should be an option especially in the winter months. Breakfast was great. Customer service was awesome. Accessibility to rooms, elevator, rooms, breakfast, and service(extra needed things in room) were all very good. We will be back to this place when we travel that way again!

Mike and his team always go above and beyond to host you in a clean, safe facility with friendly service. As far as I'm concerned he sets the bar high for Quality Inn. Quality Inn should probably send staff to this hotel so they can see how a hotel should be run

We stayed here for one night this past weekend. I had diligently looked at approximately 13 hotels in the area for our stay; there were 2 or more bad reviews listed for each hotel I'd looked at, mostly regarding cleanliness and poor manners of staff. When I found the Quality Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the great reviews and booked immediately. I was NOT disappointed one bit. Shaun, the manager on duty most of our stay, was beyond friendly and helpful. Very personable, always had a smile and was quick to make you laugh. Our room (2 queens) was clean, smelled nice, and fresh upon entering and was the perfect temperature. The bathroom was clean, the bedding was clean, and the drawers appeared to have been wiped out (most usually aren't). The hotel was very busy & had a lot of families due to volleyball and lacrosse tournaments in the area; because of the number of kids staying, they kept the pool open later so all could take advantage and swim. They have a pool table, which was awesome! Breakfast was delicious and hot and plentiful; when the food and/or drinks ran low, the staff was already in the know and had backups ready almost immediately. Breakfast was served from 6-9, and again, Shaun was very helpful when informing us the lacrosse team planned on using the kitchen for their team breakfast from 7-8 and suggested coming either before or after. The heads-up was greatly appreciated. Breakfast ran late for a few of us families, and instead of making us feel rushed or putting a cap on it, we were respectfully reminded and allowed to finish at our own pace. I had a last-minute special request regarding our room, and even though they were booked up and very busy, my request was granted, which was extremely appreciated. Lastly, upon returning home, there was a slight issue regarding confirmation of our stay and the awarding of our Choice Members' reward points. Upon calling and speaking to Shaun, the matter was handled quickly and professionally. We will *always* try to stay here whenever we're called to the area.
