Moved here last year during the pandemic, because I wanted a less expensive place a little farther out, since I didn't need to commute. It served my needs well during the year. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews saying it's full of bugs and all that. I lived in a lower level unit for a year, so you'd think there'd be plenty of that if it was around. I didn't really have much of an issue. Saw a few my whole time here, but that's almost anywhere you live. It has not been an issue. The grounds here are pretty amazing. Whoever does the landscaping should get a raise. I've had a few maintenance issues over the time here. They were always handled pretty promptly. The office staff is really nice, even when I've been a little upset about this or that (got my car towed once because my inspection sticker had expired, and I was livid... called the office with temper full throttle... they helped make it right and were very courteous.) I have only dealt with Stella, Mark, and Carlos. All are very nice, helpful, and professional. The location is difficult to beat. You're across the road from some nice places to eat or grab a drink. The Dunn Loring Metro is just a few minutes walk, and the Mosaic District is nearby as well. Obviously the buildings are a bit older. That's why you're getting a discount for the area. But the interior was fine. I rented a two bedroom with over 1000 sq ft for less than what I was paying for a one bedroom in Arlington. They have more recently renovated apartments available, but honestly this one was fine. Everything was in good shape when I moved in, and it will be returned that way. Let's just hope I get my full security deposit when I leave at the end of this month. I've taken good care of the place, so I'm sure I will, but I'll update this review if not. I have a dog, and they are dog friendly. I do wish they had a few more poop bag stations in the area and a dog park. But there is a dog park at the facility across the street that I think can be used. My dog definitely enjoyed the big grassy areas between the buildings for doing his business, or just rolling around in the grass like a goober at 2 am. I do recommend the place as a nice alternative to the outrageously priced apartments in the area.

Sadly I didn't saw these reviews before moving to this property. Moved here March 2022 so called renovated apartment. I did so many followps for roches they will come put some glue but still living with them. I already recommend few folks not to move in to this property and will definitely not recommend anyone.

SO many roaches! And mice! I lived here for 3 years because it is hard to get out of a lease. You have to give 2 months notice to vacate and if you want to go month to month while you look for a new place the rent premium is CRAZY expensive. The day i moved in there were roaches already under my kitchen sink. I found holes in the walls from unprofessional cabinet installation that let the roaches come in freely. I got maintenance to fill the holes and that helped, but my apartment was never free of roaches. I kept it very clean too. Also if you live in a unit with someone above you you will hear EVERY single thing from your upstairs neighbors. Im talking footsteps, snoring, other bedroom activities, crying babies, their TV, absolutely everything. My neighbors werent trying to be loud on purpose, just living their lives and unfortunately it is all very audible because the ceiling/floor is paper thin. The laundry facilities leave much to be desired. Only 2 washers and dryers per building, and it was like $2 a load for each wash AND dry cycle. As far as the management goes, some are great and willing to do what they can to help and others are awful. Rahel is incredibly rude. Supposedly the renovated units are less roach-y but mine was not so I dont know. Maintenance is great, they were always sent out quickly when i needed something. The location was fantastic, but i don't think all the roaches is worth the cost.

Questions & Answers

I see a lot of good and bad feedback. I was thinking to lease one. So I was wondering if the management is eager to address or respond then in some possible way. I don't see that happening,
