I do not understand why the 7 elevn made the app and option to collect the points when workers and owners of the 7 eleven are always against this savings. They will do everything not to let you use the points. This store is the worst! Looks like the owner works and we will do anything not to let you use the points!!!! Totally ridiculous!

Best 7-Eleven experience ever! I stopped by on a very stormy summer after midnight and I got the fastest friendliest most helpful personalized courteous service by a fine middle-aged gentleman that I had ever received at any 7-Eleven ever. He had me rung up, bagged up, receipt in hand and out the door within like a minute. Thank you to that cashier that sold me those TWO CARTONS of camel menthols that he had to go in the 'back,' and get during those recent torrential thunderstorms in late June 2022.

So I asked for two 4-pack alto vuse menthol pods. They gave me two 2-pack pods instead. I came back in and asked for a refund. The guy says “sorry no 4-packs, only 2-packs.” Not only did this guy give me the wrong pods, he didn’t even tell me there were only 2-packs. 2-packs of 2 pods was like $20. They sell 4-pack pods for $16. Then this dude tells me they don’t do refunds. So he gave me the wrong ones, didn’t even tell me, and now he’s saying they don’t do refunds. What a joke this place is.

Not that I had high expectations for a 7-Eleven but had the worst experience with rude employees. Obviously I shouldn't have come here in the first place. Never again.
