We have been here less than 24 hours and it's beyond our expectations! I'm a stickler when it comes to customer service and theirs has proven to be top notch, starting with the gentleman that helped me book my reservation when I called the hotel directly. Since arriving, every encounter I've had with an employee is welcoming. They greet you with a smile or friendly hello even when just walking by them. Pool area is nice with a couple different options for seating. Room was clean and very nice upon arrival. We are in a 2 queen bedroom with a couch and the couch fits 3 Littles comfortably because it has a pull out bed plus a chase. Perfectly priced as well! Highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites!

Staff was friendly and professional, addressed any needs or requests right away. Everything in the hotel was functional and it got the job done. The room was decently clean. I would rate this hotel higher if the ac unit in the room wasn't so loud every time it kicked in at night. The same goes for the toilet. Every time you flush, there's a loud sound of water gushing. If these nuances don't bother you, this is a good place for you to stay in Coachella Valley.

Relatively new property pretty far out of town. Rooms are clean the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning system is a wall unit that is controlled with push buttons on the unit not the thermostat on the wall. It is also a little bit loud for a new property.

The room was extremely spacious with amenities a plenty. The location is centrally located. Everyone working there was very kind. The only snafoo was that a new employee accidently set an alarm/ wake up call starting at 10 pm. It went off every 15 minutes. After the third time, my husband left the phone off the hook. I dialed 0 to try and solve the issue, however no one answered.
