My wife called this company yesterday as a recommendation from CHS yesterday at around 1:45pm and a man answered the phone, the guy was extremely rude to her from the beginning of the phone call when she asked what their prices were and what the different price breaks was he acted like she was inconveniencing him plus he was yelling at her (I could hear him through the phone while I was driving) and he said to her, “if you don’t know what you want then don’t order from us.” Needless to say he hung up on her. I do not recommend anyone to this company to anyone, even though they had cheaper prices than anyone I called, their customer service is lacking. I typically don’t like to write negative reviews for places but I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

After finding out my parents were out of oil and trying to keep the house warm with the fireplace, I called Don small and explained to them what was going on. Although they were extremely busy they dropped everything and made A delivery to my parents home within a couple of hours. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers and really cares about them. I can't thank you enough for all that you've done for my parents!
