I have not yet purchased at this store yet. I had great and informed service today, they helped me make sure I was getting the right subwoofer to match my amp. They also made sure it was the subwoofer that was the reason I wasn't getting base! (Which would've helped in case I misdiagnosed my problem). I will be sure to edit this review when I do purchase and get my subwoofer installed.

Extremely happy with my purchase! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Kaylee was super helpful answering my questions and walked me through everything. They did an amazing job with installation too. Definitely come here for your audio needs. They’re amazing!

I went in just to check things out earlier today and ended up with a new Sundown 15! They had very easy financing which only took around 5 minutes to setup. Overall it was a great experience with friendly informative staff

Chris was extremely helpful with installing my under seat 10in subwoofer. It was an older sub from one of my trucks, but since I upgraded my truck's subwoofer, I figured this little one would fit great under my WRX. Initially, I would install this myself and go in to buy some wiring. After about an hour or two of trying to install my old sub and forgetting the advice I was given at Ducks (I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination; I didn't know what I was doing at all!) My girlfriend suggested I call Ducks audio again. Long story short, Chris ended up wiring it for us quickly and without even a charge. I will never overpay at the nearby competitor car audio stores again. (Like the one I used to go to thats located in Jantzen beach) Ducks audio is hiring people that have a drive for for helping others, not for money but for the satisfaction of getting things done. This all took place on my birthday as well! (i didn't tell anyone it was my birthday) Ya'll have earned a customer for life; well done guys!
