Everything started out great until we were woke up at 7:30 in the morning by the gm telling us we had to leave because of our 2 cats which are ESA's and registered on my wife's Social Security Disability. The gm has no sympathy and made it seem like we cost them money. The only good thing was the size of the TV.

My sister and I usually eat here every Tuesday evening. Sometimes we bring a friend. We really enjoy our services given by Barb! She is an amazing woman! We get salad bar every time. If you want some good, strong coffee, this the place. The atmosphere is also great! I am thankful for such a place to visit as I live in Richland Center.

Positive: The location was decent. Parking was good. Negative: The Friday fish-fry buffet was pathetic. No heat under the foods that were meant to be served warm/hot. Fish was gone from the buffet most of the hour we ate. Very few customers. Hallways smelled musty. Nearly all aspects of the hotel needed repair.

The room was well kept and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. They have complimentary breakfast but it is not all you can eat. So take enough food when you go up as you can not go back up. The pool was clean and refreshing. It is an older hotel but it was still a great price and great quality for the price. The location to the WI Dells water parks is only a 20 min drive. If we are ever out this way again we will stay again.
