His assistant was also great it’s amazing what some juice and goldfish can do after a long day and the stress of getting injured. They are not open late into the evening however the location is super convenient from route 93 or 128 and I will definitely go in again if I need to

My daughter had a minor injury to her eye and I figured it would be quicker to be seen at urgent care instead of the ER. Check in/registration was quick and easy. We were seen quickly and everyone was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Even helped me find a 24hr pharmacy near by.

Made an appointment online. Got there and was told it would be about a half hr wait and they would text us. That went to plan, but once we got into the room, they said it would be another 45 minutes because one of the doctors had to leave early. So at this point, it is close to bedtime, it would be a minimum of 1.5 hrs from our appointment time just to be seen, I have a kid with ADHD who has to get up super early in the morning to catch the bus, and we were there for a mostly "just in case" visit for a rash that had since gotten much better. The staff are all incredibly nice and they were apologetic, but an appointment is really no good if walk ins are being seen ahead of you anyway and there are not enough doctors.

I don’t write reviews , but really was compelled to do one for pm urgent care. This was by far the best urgent I have ever been to . It was so clean and organized. My son is asthmatic and needed something extra for his lungs. They were extremely prompt with waiting times . We were in and out in literally an hour. The doctor , nurses and receptionist were the nicest most caring people ! As a mother , there is nothing more I could ask for . I will recommend this place all day long for anyone with children !
