I've never been to a Sport Clips before, but I got a coupon for it in the January Valpak with a free MVP cut, so I'd been considering it. By the time I made it, the coupon was expired, but I was still interested so I went anyway. What service! My stylist was super friendly and nice, but stayed focused on her work. She was quick and precise. I was getting my hair cut from a grown-out mohawk to an undercut and she checked and doublechecked the cut I wanted, even getting out a mirror to make sure the back looked right *before* she started clipping. I was really satisfied with the final cut. The MVP part was even better, though. It comes with a scalp massage, shampoo, and two face towels, which sounded nice enough to spring for the extra few bucks for it (without any coupon, I believe the price was around $30 - about what I'd expect to pay at a 'nice' salon for just a haircut). Most salons I've been to shampoo your hair before cutting, but Sport Clips does it after - as my stylist pointed out, this helps get any loose hairs from the cut (and clip, if you got one) off you so they can get a better look to make sure everything is right afterwards. The shampoo turned out to be tea tree oil scented, which is one of my favorites, and the cooling sensation with the scalp massage (which was excellently done) was lovely. The chair at the sink was a vibrating massage chair as well, which was unexpected, and unlike most hairdressers' sinks, laying back to get my hair washed was actually quite comfortable. I was allowed to take off my mask for the hot towels, which were very nice, and actually got two massages - one with shampoo, one with conditioner. I noticed the other stylist working with another customer at the next sink was yammering away the whole time they were there, but my stylist was mostly quiet which was nice because, as much as I like chatting with the stylist at a salon, I was able to just relax and focus on the massage and hot towel sensations. After the hair wash and massages, she looked over my head and fixed a few missed bits with the clipper, then asked if I wanted to style my hair. I said yes and asked her to pick a product she thought would work best for my new cut. She asked if I wanted a wet look or a dry look, and when I said dry, put on a very light and clean feeling shaping cream which I ended up buying a tub of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the stylist - Sport Clips being presented as 'men's haircut' salon, and me being a nonbinary person who primarily presents as a guy, I had been a bit nervous about the reception I'd receive, but there wasn't a hint of judgment or disapproval. The other customer there when I was was a young woman or nonbinary person getting a very masculine hair cut, short on top with a fade, and their stylist was very friendly as well (and even a bit more talkative that I would've liked, personally, which is why I was glad I got my less intrusive one!). So don't feel you have to be a 'manly man' to get a haircut here, even though the salon is covered in 'man' things like sports stuff. I can highly recommend this salon to anyone, and definitely suggest you get the MVP experience!

Great place. The online checkin was easy and flawless. Loved everything from the hot towels, massage, and my barber. I will be back!

Had a great experience. My stylist was quick, but experienced. Left looking much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend.

New ownership has really changed this location for the better. I was hesitant to return after my experience here with the previous owners in 2018, but was pleasantly surprised by the service we just received. Our stylist was the only one working that day so obviously she was very busy but she was very friendly, efficient and gave all 3 of my sons great cuts. We will definitely be regulars here.
