Nice facility in good condition, staff is generally helpful and kind. Slightly concerned regarding COVID precautions. One of the receptionists does not wear their masks properly (mask is worn below the nose). They are right near where people sign in/out.

My mother has been a resident here for 7 years, the first 6 in indep living and now in assistive living. There has been a lot of instability over the years, esp recently . We have seen 6 administrators come and go. Most recently a cut in caregiver staff and getting rid of an outstanding program that provided assist on a temporary basis as needed . The caregivers there work very hard to provide excellent care but do not feel supported by management. Communication to families and residents is poor. Changes happen quickly without much warning. This is a for profit facility and the emphasis seems to be more on profit than care

Looks can be deceiving. The managers don't care about their employees welfare. Not impressed by the absence of the managers presence.
