The best dine-in place in Athens OH. The staffs are really friendly and the pool is nice and clean. The food is really good. They have a good collection of cheese. Their salads and soups are good too. Beautiful location and close to OU.

We stopped in for a birthday, it was my party's first time there. From the moment we got there we should have known to leave. The bread course was flat overworked biscuits. They were out of several dishes we wanted to order. We ordered two cocktails and basically received juice, the weakest drinks we have been served. They tried to serve the vegan in our party real chicken after she repeatedly specified she was ordering the vegan version. The birthday person and myself ordered the oyster po'boy, what we received was not a po'boy, it was over-fried oysters on a sunbeam bun, with limp iceberg lettuce and a gritty tomato. The macaroni and cheese was extremely bland and the one served to my spouse was literally burnt to a crisp. The tavern fries were also overdone and bland. The entire time we were there the power kept surging (and the weather was mild with some rain and very soft thunder), you'd think they'd have a backup generator. Quite frankly, the birthday was ruined. It was wildly overpriced for what we received, I would expect this from a food truck not an upscale restaurant setting.

We stayed at the Inn and dined at Cutler's on our last evening here. 100% LOVED the margherita and the luxe burgers! The club sandwich was HUGE and also a big hit! Sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts were to die for!!! Pasta with alfredo was flavorless, my 13 year old said, "how can you mess alfredo up that badly?" Just no parmesan flavor or salt. Our server Willow was very nice as well.

When visiting your first year on OU campus, Cutler’s is the place to treat yourself. The brunch menu is exceptional. Thank you Chef for your attention to detail, especially on Parents Weekend.
