I LOVE living at campus heights. It is so pet friendly, the apartments are so updated, maintenance is polite & kind, management is helpful & caring, & it is very very pet friendly. They do lots of pest control (which is rare for a landlord in Athens to do). Adam, the AGM, is my favorite person on earth & so helpful. I recommend living here to everyone, do NOT make the mistake of renting anywhere else!

Recently I was able to work with Campus Heights and had excellent experience with their customer service. Everyone is very understanding and clear on communicating with their residents. I highly recommend signing a lease with them if you are looking to live in the area.

I just moved here a couple months ago and I’m loving it! I love the fact that they have a fitness center and everything is always nice and clean when I go in! The staff is so friendly too! Go in and say hi to Savannah she will brighten your day!

The apartments are well priced and close to campus and the town of Athens. It is less than a mile from the bike path and Uptown and includes public transportation. The apartments are well furnished though the apartments themselves are older and struggle with heating/ AC throughout the entire unit. The clubhouse is new and the on-site workout facility is helpful. The pool, parking lots, cleanliness of laundry room, and bathrooms in the units could be improved. You can be confident that you will have a maintenance and staff that will communicate well.
