Pure Stoke has become my families one-stop shop for gear and clothing. They have been around a long time and it shows with their staff, product knowledge and selection. Some amazing retro style is sprinkled in around the shop, complete with an original pickle fork kiteboard. Love it!

Not stoked; Purchased a pair of Carve sunglasses for $80 and a few months later the paint/coating started peeling off. Now they look like garbage. I would have expected the glasses to last longer. When brought backed to "Pure Stoke" to refund or exchange I was disappointed that they could not help me. I wasn't even asking for money back, just a functioning pair of glasses. One of the owners was the one behind the counter attempting to help me. She was not polite and asked if I used Croakes or sunblock and that this could cause the peeling. I told her I did not. She told me that the company had no warranty. She then took down my number but I could tell she wasn't going to do anything about it. And I was right. I went on the Carves web site at a later point because she didn't follow through. Come to find out Carve does have a warranty. Unfortunately at this point it had just barely been too long and the warranty not valid. I guess my frustration is her attitude. No "Im sorry that happened", or "I will let the company know". She acted like I was bothering her. You would think she would be more concerned with carrying products that degrade only after a short while. I have shopped at Second Wind(Pure Stoked), Big Winds and Wind Dance for 15 years. Looks like I will be taking my business to the other local companies. I have had issues with gear before that I purchased from Big Winds and without hesitation they made it right, and were polite about it. They have great quality products and back them up.

Love Pure Stoke Sports! I always receive awesome and friendly customer service whenever I visit, and Pepi is an expert in all the gear they sell and he's always willing to point you in the right direction or give you his honest opinion - especially about ski gear - cross country and back country skiing. Highly recommend Pure Stoke sports for all your outdoor needs!

A friendly local store with prices close to online options. We bought skateboards there a couple years ago and we're very satisfied. We couldn't have gotten the quality and fit elsewhere, and wouldn't have wanted to. More recently, we bought a full set of Nordic ski gear, and found the expertise and helpfulness well worth the less than 5% price difference between this local store in our community, and places like Amazon.
