There's roaches! We found roaches and another person wanted to cancel bc they saw roaches too and the desk person just brushed it off! Close this place!!!!

Room was basic and looked just a little bit run down, but it was cheap. Everything worked except for one of the lights flanking the bed and electrical outlet associated with it. Bed wasn't great but wasn't uncomfortable either. No funny smells or stains. Shower is not great if you're a tall person like me. Would I stay here again? It will not be my first choice, but I could stay here again if I don't have a better option near the airport.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The ONLY reason why I stayed here is because I didn't want to sleep in the airport. The only place with rooms available after my late flight was canceled. Next time I will sleep elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation for this slum of a so-called hotel. Room was musty and not maintained. I didn't even shower in the morning because of the bathroom condition. Don't compromise safety for money. NEVER coming back here.

3/5 on the cleanliness the beds are the most clean, pretty loud outside and thin walls which I do not recommend. You should only stay here if you need to catch an EARLY flight out of Charlotte. Also feels dangerous.
