Alex was great, we did come in after peak business so he was a little slow to get started with us, but that was totally understandable and he was very speedy and attentive after that. Emu was super interesting and very good. We ordered the scallops for the table of 4 to split and that was a big hit. Steak and Lamb were both solid options. Overall a solid dining experience and will definately come back for a special occasion again

If you have a chance to go don't miss out! This is one of my favorite fine dining experiences in Charlotte! I love this place! Some may say service is a lil bit slow but it is well worth the wait. The place is super clean super cozy service is good and staff try so hard to keep everyone happy even when they're stretched thin. I've tried a little bit of everything over the years and it's ALL AMAZING! On our last visit we got drinks while waiting for them to prep our table. Then got a few appetizers and ended up sharing some main dishes so we would have room for dessert as well. We ended up trying the escargot, goat cheese, foie gras, duck, emu, kangaroo, surf & turf. We got both cobblers and the creme brulee, as well as a great recommendation for a bottle of wine that paired well with all our dishes. Everything was amazing! Overall this was a great experience and can't wait to go back again. Hoping they bring back the marrow soon.

Birthday dinner treat on me for my Sister. First dinning with Bernardin’s. Nice atmosphere. Definitely a nice restaurant to take a family. The presentation and flavor of the each was impressive. We ordered a Ginger Lemonhead and oowwwee!! It was so good! Had I had an Uber, I would have had several. We ordered the Fettuccini al Gorgonzola. Delicious! I gave it four stars due to the wait time especially when we had reservations set. Nonetheless, a satisfying dinning experience.

Got to visit last night during Queen's feast for the first time. We had a wonderful overall experience and definitely would come back. The Filet's and Lamb shank were fantastic, and definitely recommend the Duck confit spring rolls. The strawberry shortcake was delicious and a perfect finisher, and the creme brulee was also very good. Only small hiccup was the pork belly appetizer was overcooked and tough, but that was a small thing overall. Service was great and we had an overall great experience.

They should be available, usually they do the physical vouchers but regarding mail delivery, you might want to specifically check with them about the time it could take for the delivery
