Lorri Weigel did a great job helping me choose the right furniture to meet my needs. I stopped by the store randomly and she helped me right away without being too forward or pushy. She let me look and then asked questions to help me narrow my search. The second time I visited the store after shopping around, Lorri was there again to help right away and help me make a final decision. It was a great experience. The store is tidy and well supplied. I didn't have to wait 6 months to get what I wanted. Delivery went smoothly. I'm happy with my experience, the service and my new furniture.

Linda was our salesperson and she was amazing. She was not pushy or hovered over us the entire time. I appreciated her eye for color and pattern selection. She knew right away what I liked. We had planned on going to several furniture stores, but the prices were so good and we were treated so well we just bought one at our first stop- Key furnishings.

We went to Key Home Furnishings, specifically to look at and potentially purchase a Stanton couch. Upon arrival, it was particularly busy, but we were greeted quickly by Dan. Dan was inquisitive and took time to show us some products we might be interested in and then left us to explore the store. The showroom was packed with lots of options and we were happy to learn that some Stanton pieces were stocked and some available that day. Although Dan was helping multiple customers, he checked-in with us frequently and when we were ready to purchase, got us set-up with a cashier quickly. The application process for in-store financing was quick and easy. And although we could have picked up our couch that day, we opted for delivery (for a fee) that includes in-home set-up. The wait time is less than a week. We left pleased with our overall experience and we look forward to returning to Key for more furniture.

I had a great experience with Janie at Key Home Furnishings. I originally spoke to her in May of 2021 when all future stores were facing huge delays due to COVID. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently walked me through all my options. We designed a custom sectional but I ended up deciding to wait to purchase it because the wait would be so long. I went with an inexpensive option that was in stock at a big box store to use until I was sure if what I wanted. When I contacted Janie gain in February 2022, she still had all of my information and my design. I was able to simply order it over the phone. Key Home Furnishings has a ton of options on display, which allowed me to see in person what I was deciding between, and be able to sit on each piece and decide which models were the best for my family. They were helpful but low-pressure, and Janie was very responsive to all of the questions I sent via email.
