Didn’t get any help from front desk. I came with my 5 years old cousin with heavy breathing issues. Waited more than 2 hours in waiting room. My cousin wasn’t breathing well that time. I asked for help in front desk after sign in but she didn’t. But they take care a patient who come after us. Terrible service. They deserve zero star but there’s no option to put zero.

They are very good at what they do!

EDIT: They replied with a support number where no meaningful support was offered. They discharged me with an uncovered injury. When I directly (and gently) asked to have it covered, the nurse said something neutral, but then never did it. Hospital is understaffed, which usually points to an inability to retain health workers. Poor non-emergency patient support. If you wanted even a cup of water, you'd have to call a nurse (which may lend to the understaffing). Poor follow-up support on the phone. I called with questions about follow-up instructions that felt incomplete and contradictory, and no one who looked at me was there, so they just refused to give me any advice besides "see your GP (it was 11 at night) or go to the ER" Two stars instead of one because because the man who did my stitches on the main injury I came in for (which, unlike my other one, was properly covered) did a great job (however, he's usually at another hospital).

The registration process is broken. No receptionist with only a sign in sheet they missed my name wasted an hour still need to go back for a simple EKG test. Would recommend going elsewhere - Anywhere - John Kahrs

I believe you do not need an appointment for a regular x-ray, you just need to come in with a script from your doctor.
Would like an appointment for a covid vaccine.
It will take up to 1 to 3 hours.
Yes, when you go through the main entrance there is a kiosk where you check in and let them know where you are going. They will direct you from there. I recommend getting there a few minutes prior to your appointment in case there is a line.
Yes you do
Yes with a script from your doctor.

Not if you want to wind up with some naaty wounds like my husband did, but if you are referring specifically to Lansdale, they took very good care of my husband in the condition he was in, he would have died if we waited for an ambulance to come because they said it had to be an emergency before they would come
Yes, Cardiac Rehab is open today.
Radiology dept. (X-ay). Ground floor.
No
I believe Radiology is open from 8am-8pm on Weekdays, and 8-2pm on Saturday, I believe they are not open on Sundays.
