Way to many speed bumps. Mostly good people in the nieborhood. Alot of the trailors are not livable by humans even if you kick the rats out.

The lot rent is cheap but the other park dwellers feel that this place should be like the stereotypical ghetto mobile home park. The neighbor in front of us is always yelling at his kids or wife. The neighbors behind us are always screaming at her kids, cussing them out and calling them stupid. Dead cars in the drive & junk in the yards. I only recommend this place of you wither don't mind or like this tyow of atmosphere.
