Rent of space is $335..amonth...with purchase of the mobile on site..and Shipley Center approval. ...Guest rates are $10 per night over the 2 week min. Stay.... Rent due to increase...at this time includes water....no outdoor water use in winter.... and during low irrigation water times during summer ...pets welcome...

Space rent remains at $335 and includes water and septic. We are not aware of any homes for sale right now and are not always given much notice. Stay in touch with realtor who can inform you of listings or search Baywood Village on Zillow, etc. now and then. Prices are going up, but are still under $100,000 so far. It is an age 55+ park, and owner-occupied only, so no rentals.

Yes...small dogs unless Service. Only 2..3rd pet allowed but only 2 dogs.

Do you allow long term stay? Does anyone live there full-time?
