Be careful. When they ask for a credit card for "incidentals", they will charge you. I'm still fighting an unexpected fee they tacked on to my trip. Not sure if this a "resort" fee I've heard about but the screaming children suggest there was pool. The breakfast was poorly stocked and out of coffee cups and bagels, even though it was a slow morning. I chose the hotel because it was somewhat more expensive than the other local hotels and I expected it to be better. UPDATE 8/2: Got a brave response from "the owner" with no name mentioned (Sanjiv Mehrotra?) and no contact information. The only phone number for this hotel is the main 1-800 Holiday Inn number. To clarify, they initially charged $17.99 to my card and that was refunded after a couple days but the refund was accompanied by another $15 charge that remains unexplained. There was no "damage" to the room, so don't pretend to hide charges behind that. Avoid this place. Management won't take responsibility, offer an invoice, or even provide a way to refute charges.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we first arrived in our room we noticed that there was a stain on the bed that made us not even want to sit down anywhere. After that, I went to go sit down on the chair next to the desk and realized that it had too larger red stains on the chair. The shower was clean but I wasn’t able to get any conditioner out of the bottle. Nobody was able to sleep and kept waking up in the middle of the night. What put the cherry on top was when we went down for breakfast and half of us were able to get in and eat but a worker stopped the other half and told us that we weren’t allowed to eat because the other workers had to eat. Thanks for telling us that you value your workers more than costumers.

Positive: The rooms are easy to use for business and relaxing. I liked the adjustable table. The pool and hot tub were very nice and had reasonable hours. Breakfast was good. A nice hotel Negative: I wish the TV was set to something neutral like the weather channel. Hearing Fox News spread their lies every time I turned on the TV was frustrating. I spent over an hour trying to change the set up.

The hotel was nice and we had a great stay. The hotel is very close to many food options. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While they did not have the breakfast choices of other HI Express hotels, overall very please. I would stay again if in the area.

Yes, the hotel is pet friendly. They do expect you to attend to your pet appropriately and you can't leave the pet alone in the room.
