No dine in yet only drive thru l, and always a long wait in line. Not their fault though! Construction on the building.

We had to walk out. Yes they were busy and I completely get that but three different employees made eye contact with no “we’ll be with you soon as we can” or “sorry for the wait we’re a little slammed”. Nothing. And they took three more drive through orders while we waited. Went about half hour north on 65 and found a MUCH better arbys so if you’re going north just wait a little longer.

I ordered from the app, which I wouldn't recommend. 15 minutes later they still hadn't received the order that I'd already paid for. In all I waited almost an hour for my food. Granted, the drive thru was busy. But it shouldn't take half an hour for an app order to appear on their screens. I DO NOT blame the store for this! The food was good when I finally got it. Not terribly hot, but still good.

I stopped in the corydon Indiana Arby's and got 6 sliders and fries. The wait was long and I'm sure they must have been busy but there is no excuse for rudeness. They called my name and I went to pick up the bag and the employee had turned around. I asked for Arby's sauce and she literally threw it in the bag. She did over a frown. It was not my imagination. A woman waiting for her order looked at me and raised her eyebrows and grimaced. I'm sure the other customers waiting noticed it also. I am not used to such rude behavior. Not to mention that the food was not even warm!
