I ordered chicken livers and gizzard. They told me there would be a 7 min. Wait which was fine so I waited and they brought them out to me. They were kind and curious. I only received all livers , no gizzard but they were good.

We tried to visit on 6/13/22 and did not want the kids eating greasy chicken in the car. But we were unsuccessful because the dining room is still closed.

I ordered a 16 piece chicken dinner through the drive thru and was not given any sides. I do not live in the area. I was told they would not give me a refund but they would put my name in a book for the next time I visited the area. This is unacceptable in a drive thru as people travel on the Interstate and stop for food so if you don't get your order fulfilled correctly it's the same as theft because your being charged for products not received. The manager was laughing at the situation and did not provide a regional or district managers name and phone number to remedy the situation. I will never recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant. The service from the manager was unacceptable. The drive thru service was unacceptable and people are left with no resolve and without their food.

Clean & modern interior, but very small buffet. Disappointed by lack of corn which is typically always a staple on KFC buffets. I also missed the spicy label on the chicken and got that by mistake thinking it was extra crispy. The label could be more clear especially since it looks so much like extra crispy.
